PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The tubular aerator is mainly used for oxygen supply in municipal sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment systems. It features simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, anti-clogging pores, prevention of sewage backflow, uniform circumferential stress distribution, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and cost-effective system price. It boasts excellent chemical stability. Free of plasticizers, it maintains good elasticity, and resists corrosion, hardening, brittleness and aging. The product generates fine bubbles, which achieves high oxygen conversion rate as well as mixing and agitation functions. It adopts a self-sealing pore structure to prevent micropore blockage.
Our Liftable 4-Tube Aerator is specially designed for wastewater treatment projects. With easy maintenance & no tank drainage required, it can be lifted out from the aeration tank directly for inspection, repair or replacement without emptying the pool, greatly cutting downtime and maintenance cost.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the blower delivers compressed air or other oxygen sources through pipelines to the four-tube aerator, the gas enters the air intake chamber of the aerator, and then releases through the micropores or holes on the aeration tube to form a large number of fine bubbles. As these fine bubbles rise, they come into full contact with water, dissolving oxygen from the bubbles into the water. This increases the dissolved oxygen level in water, supplies the dissolved oxygen required by microorganisms, accelerates the biological treatment reaction in water, and helps decompose organic pollutants.
Meanwhile, the rising bubbles also perform an agitation function. They assist in mixing substances in the water, keep the activated sludge suspended, and ensure sufficient contact among the three phases of sludge, water and gas.
